The updated 2011 Jeep Compass, which looks real close to the Grand Cherokee, is scheduled to arrive at our dealer this month. The Compass has an updated look with a new streamlined hood, front fenders, fascia, headlamps, and grille. The rear has a new look too and the new Compass has chrome accents all over the vehicle.

The Compass has a ton of improvements so lets talk about standard features: air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power/heated exterior mirrors, keyless entry, aluminum wheels, fog lamps, cruise control and sunscreen glass. Also the Compass can be equipped with: Uconnect media center with iPod interface, SIRIUS Satellite Radio, navigation with SIRIUS Travel Link, power sunroof, a premium audio system with nine Boston Acoustic speakers, illuminated cup holders, liftgate speakers and fold-flat rear seats. The 2011 Compass will also be offered with an optional All-weather Capability Group which features Goodyear 17-inch all-terrain tires, all-season floor mats, daytime running headlamps, engine block heater and tow hooks.
The Compass will come in three trims: Compass, Latitude, and Limited. In addition, the Compass will have off-road capability and a new Trail Rated off-road package. The Compass is powered by a standard 158-horsepower, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. Fuel economy can be 23 mpg in the city, and 29 mpg on the highway.
